CONSULTS: I offer complimentary consultations for anyone who is interested in exploring how we might work together. Consultations are between 15-30 minutes and give you an opportunity to ask questions and see if it feels like a good "fit". These can be virtual or over the phone. Inquire below.

SESSIONS: Individual therapy sessions are $150.00 (50 minutes) and can be booked via email or at the end of your session. Sessions are offered virtually, by phone, or in-person. See hours below.

Therapy provided by Social Workers in private practice is not covered by OHIP. Please check with your extended benefits provider as most offer coverage.

If an appointment is missed due to oversight, or cancelled less than 24-hours in advance, full session fee will be charged. Exceptions are made in cases of emergency or illness.​​​
