Retreat Day in the Beautiful Yoga Yurt!
In this full-day exploration into self we will be looking at the ways to return to our core, the root and essence of who we are for a richer and more easeful life.
Life seems to be moving at such a fast pace that it is hard to stay connected to our truth and who we are as individuals. As a result life can feel more chaotic, overwhelming, stressful, and chore-like than we would like it to. We lose crucial, unique pieces of what makes us who we are, what brings us joy and lights us up in life, and what connects us to those we love as we try to "do it all" day in and day out. We start to go through the motions and begin to feel numb.
With the practices, meditation, and mindufulness we will be engaging in, there is opportunity to start to recircuit our nervous system as well as increase the amount of pleasure and contentment we experience in life. Check in with what it is that you are needing, desiring, and missing from a self-care perspective.
At the end of the day you will leave feeling more connected to yourself, have tools for further exploring embodiment and experiencing more pleasure, feel more resilient and free in the face of all your responsibilities, and root your self-worth in the true nature of your being, instead of how well you perform your roles in life.

This workhsop is welcoming to all body sizes and you need not have any previous meditation or yoga experience to attend.
