The Hump Day Hiatus with Anna Chapman E11
What a treat it was to spend time chatting with the wonderful Anna Chapman!
Anna is a Body and Size Diversity Advocate as well as a movement teacher. She is passionate about body justice as well as providing a safe and inclusive space for folx of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and abilities to move their body. She has just recently launched a Body Love Yoga series for you to do in the comfort of your own home! You can find it at www.bodylove.joyn.co.
In this episode, Anna shares a bit with us about her personal journey into the work that she does, how yoga was a doorway to healing, and as always, brings her unapologetic presence! We also felt that, in light of the upcoming holiday season, it would be a good idea to chat about how to navigate the holidays and events where you might be body shamed, or food policed and some ideas for how to move through what can be a tough time of year in general for a lot of us.
For more about Anna you can find her at www.iamannachapman.com and on Facebook and Twitter @iamannachapman.
If you liked what you listened to please feel free to share the body lovin' and head on over to follow my page on Facebook and Instagram and join 'The Hump Day Hiatus', on FB where the live interviews go down at 12pm EST every Wednesday!!
Keep it Wild,
Dana
