-difference between body acceptance and "giving up"
-major myths surrounding weight and health
-first 5 steps of starting a body acceptance practice rooted in Body Trust®.
So many of us are taught that we need to look a certain way in order to be worthy of what we need and desire in life. There is another way, and we can ge there by trying different, not harder. Living does not have to be about will power and restraint, you can have your cake and eat it too!
